1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Owlio Bot to your Discord server or using our web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Owlio Bot is a Discord bot that provides moderation, automation, and management tools for Discord servers. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Automated moderation (automod, anti-spam, content filtering)
• Logging and audit features
• Welcome messages and auto-roles
• Custom commands and automations
• Premium features for subscribed servers

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the bot for illegal activities or harassment
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the bot's features
• Not use the bot to collect user data without consent
• Maintain appropriate permissions for the bot in your server
• Not resell or redistribute our services without permission

4. Premium Subscriptions

4.1 Payment

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain premium features until the end of your current billing period.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund. We generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Owlio Bot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or server configurations
• Interruption of service
• Actions taken by the bot based on your configuration
• Unauthorized access to your server through the bot

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will attempt to provide notice when possible.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by removing the bot from your server and deleting your account through the dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord server or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction specified in our Imprint.
